AC Compacting LLC is, and has been, the authorized parts and service
supplier for P.I.V. Drives GmbH drive products in North America for
over 35 years. P.I.V. Drives GmbH (Formerly P.I.V. Antrieb Werner
Reimers GMBH) is a member of the Brevini Riduttori Group. Beyond providing
parts, chains and drives, conical wheels, clutches and couplings,
we also offer rebuilding for PIV mechanical variable speed drives
and straight gear reducers.
We Repair Other Types of PIV Drives Also
Although we specialize in German
PIV drives, we have the capability and expertise to repair virtually
any mechanical variable speed drive, including the major domestically
produced mechanical PIV variable speed drives.
PIV Drives Are Used In Many Different Industries
These German drives are installed
in European and domestic manufactured equipment used heavily in the
paper, textile, printing, metalworking, powdered metal and chemical
industries. They may, however, be present on virtually any equipment
requiring an adjustable speed output or straight gear reduction.
AC Compacting LLC maintains close to 1 million dollars in OEM original
PIV replacement chains, bearings, seals, couplings, clutches, shafts
and other parts. This allows us to provide parts to our customer quickly
at a competitive price.

alignment and calibration tools not necessarily available to other
repair facilities. We are also able to to provide special PIV parts,
such as custom high precision bearings, which are simply not available
outside of Germany.
