AC Compacting maintains an inventory of conical wheels (often referred to as "sheavs," disks, "wheelfaces" or "pulleys") for PIV mechaincal variable speed drives. These conical wheels come in many different forms, such as smooth wheelfaces used with "RB" and "RC" chains and slotted wheelfaces for "A" style laminated chains. We can also supply you with shaft assemblies (wheelfaces and shafts) for "RH" hydraulic drives, which can only be purchased pre-assembled from the factory.

We have the ability to source the correct replacement conical wheels for your drive because we are the authorized service and repair organization for PIV Antrieb Werner Reimers. This means that we we have the expertise and access to the factory documentation, which allows us supply the correct conical wheels for your drive application.
